Epps Foresight Advisory, LLC was founded to provide leadership coaching and strategic advising for executive leaders and governing boards of educational, social, and community-serving organizations to broaden landscapes and envision possible organizational futures.
Through leadership coaching, advising, thought-partnership, research, and analysis, Dr. Zabrina Epps, PhD helps clients to visualize cultural contexts, anticipate diverse stakeholders’ needs, and optimize the organization’s value proposition.
The EFA, LLC team engages with possible futures by examining horizontal and vertical perspectives; investigating time horizons; and speculating about emerging futures.
Dr. Zabrina Epps
Dr. Zabrina Epps, PhD has more than 15 years experience as an advisor, instructor, and facilitator. She has been a professional coach for five years and launched Epps Foresight Advisory, LLC to expand her research and practice of leadership coaching and advising. For more than a decade she has held elected and appointed positions on several boards of K-12 and higher education institutions.
